As the top says, we like to sail, travel and eat. Most of this blog is written with my tongue firmly planted in my cheek. Beware that I might get a bit salty with the language at times, but it's all in good fun.
And despite what you may read, we are a very happily married couple….because we can laugh at ourselves.

The Boats

Elysium is a 46 foot, swing-keel, blue water boat.  A big step up from our Hunter, all Southerly boats were custom made, so no two are the same. Ours has saloon up, two staterooms, two heads, awesome in-line galley, bunk room (i.e. garage), workroom (oh yeah).  She's pretty kitted out already, but due to some deferred maintenance, we've had to put a lot of work into her to get her into fighting form.

We've sold our baby.  She's off to new adventures with some wonderful new owners.
